Recently, our first- and third-year students began working together with Madame Monica to deliver these lessons, providing them with valuable hands-on teaching experience while giving children access to structured, engaging, and professional learning opportunities.

Through initiatives like these, we are not only helping to strengthen education in our communities but also preparing future educators to make a meaningful impact.

Mr. Msiska Abel, Registrar at DAPP Mkushi Teacher Training College, emphasized at the Inclusive Excellence Dialogue Forum hosted at the Confucius Institute Multipurpose Conference Hall, University of Zambia that higher education institutions play a vital role in preparing competent, industry-ready graduates.

He stressed the importance of strong collaboration between colleges and industry to equip students with practical skills, relevant competencies, and professional ethics. Aligning academic programs with industry needs, he noted, enhances employability, institutional relevance, and national development.
