The “Walk in My Patient’s Shoes” Nursing Dress-Up Friday is more than just a fun activity. It is an innovative teaching and learning strategy that can help nursing students connect classroom knowledge with real-life patient care.
The biggest lesson is that students learn to see healthcare from the patient's perspective, rather than looking at illness alone.
