Motivational speakers!! We have heard your stories, they are quite interesting and inspirational. But there is a missing link. None of you talk about a connection or a hand which was extended to him. It's all about you doing everything alone until you are up high in the corporate ladder. You don't talk about the bank which gave you loan. Or a person who believed in you who made available some of the instruments you needed to climb that ladder. Its all about passion, persistence and hardwork. Well we come from communities where our elders have the passion, persistence and hardwork who are yet to realize success. Because the the things they do needs somebody who is willing to extend a hand. If Daniel Chingoma got that hand, he would have introduced numerous amazing products in the automotive and technology industries.whi could shake the world. Imagine how he managed to make that helicopter before information was abundant on the internet. What more could he do had hegot the right instruments ,info and competitive personnel? A lot of passionate youths are trying but the majority of them wont be recognized because the missing link is not persistence, or hardwork but a charitable hand. Which delights in giving than receiving.

Dont ignore opportunities when they come to you disguised as boring , lower class jobs. Don't sacrifice money in trying to save your ego. Do i need to go deeper? After school, not everything you passed at school will be useful enough to be able to bring the success you desire. You may end up doing something which is completely out of those books you studied. Don't let pride prevent you to hustle even in areas which demand less or no education. The goal after school is to get income whether from the skills and knowledge you learnt at school or from the knowledge and skills the streets had taught you.

Education will remain the key to success but you will only be paid and become successful when you transform that education into sellable goods or services. When you come out of school, it is not the number of subjects you passed that matters but the use of the knowledge gathered from what ever bit of information which had passed through your mind. That knowledge, those books or information whether from internet or google should be shifted from the mind to the hands and crafted into a product or service. Until then, the classroom and books will never be useful to you.

are you able to make a dollar outside your employment circles. i mean some money from a completely different angle apart from your work. what skills can you offer besides those you are offering at your job. what can you sell beside those goods which are sold by your company. are you able to get a dollar from a source which is totally disconnected and not related to your job description.

What school didn't tell you is that among the subjects you were stydying you should extract practical lessons which can be turned into products or services to offer in the market. The world does not enjoy theory but some ideas which are crystallized into goods or services which satisfy societies or communities within your reach. You enjoyed company with friends and classmates but you will be lonely in a world with millions of people. You will be lonely in a busy street when you are fighting to be relevant to the social, corporate and business world. You will be ignored, betrayed or rejected by societies and communities. Your teacher made you feel good for getting right answers by giving you positive comments but in the world you will be insulted even for doing good. You will be rejected even when selling a useful product. You would be forced to think whether the education which you have is the real weapon to destroy poverty. And yes it is. But you have to learn to apply that knowledge so that you create solutions which are helpful to people you meet in the world and can be sold to them. Those who are not threatened and are prepared to face the harsh blows of the world will win. The government would choose what you will learn but after school you make your own choices. And your choices will do one of the two things that is to make you or break you. This you must know before you get out of school. And be READY to deal with each blow.
