๐Ÿ›ž She is the CEO of Karenz creations, a company specializing in waste management through recycling and environmental conservation. Karen transforms car and motorbike tires into a wide range of interior and exterior dรฉcor items, including wall mirrors, wall hangings, chairs, stools, and innovative tables.

โ™ป๏ธ The enterprise has recycled over 1,000 tyres, preventing 547,500 kg of COโ‚‚ emissions. Karenz Creations has also created both direct and indirect jobs and trained more than 100 women through a dedicated program.

โšก He is the founder of Shamwari Biogas, a company specializing in biogas system construction. By converting organic waste into reliable, clean energy, he helps schools manage waste sustainably and improves their learning environments.

๐ŸŒฑ Shamwari Biogas has built 12 biodigesters across the country, providing over 3000 students and 30 chefs with clean smoke-free environment. Through his biogas technology, Tapiwa not only promotes clean energy but also helps protect local forest, significantly reducing the need for firewood.
