Springbok Consulting (SC) and Scotel Group are well established companies that share a common interest of providing professional services and capacity building.
Springbok was established in 2002 as professional firm offering business consulting services to the Zimbabwean market on a small scale and grew as a result of the distributorship for Multimedia Marketing.Com (UK) a consortium created in 1988 by London Metropolitan University and Manchester Metropolitan University to support teaching technology in higher education funded by the British Government (www.multimediamarketing.com).
After identifying a number of needs in the market and opportunities, Springbok grew and became registered in 2006 as Springbok Consulting (Pvt) Ltd. Its purpose was to take advantage of the consulting world to expand in Zimbabwe and the rest of the world. Technology transfer initiatives with Dr.John Tschohl, the President of the Service Quality Institute (USA), Paul R Smith, the creator of the SOSTAC Planning System (Europe), and Peter Hurst (Trade Consultant-UK & RSA) gave management the motivation to building capacity by inviting local experts to build our core team, and other select professors in the SADC region.
Since then Springbok has increased its service portfolio to cover all business sectors and has worked with clients all over the world and has established business relationships with its associates in the Middle East, Uganda, USA, UK, Cyprus, Tanzania, Zambia, Botswana, South Africa and Zimbabwe. Springbok Consulting went into alliances with market leaders to strengthen its capacity and among them Career World, Prosoft Human Resources Solutions, Added Asset & Associates Limited (www.addedasset.com), Service Quality Institute (USA), PRSmith (UK), Multimedia Marketing.Com (now MKM)(UK), just to mention a few partners. Springbok Consulting created a two year old global employment agency in UK, CV Personnel Limited (UK) (www.cvpersonnel.com) that places candidates and provides HR Solutions in all key continents and Springbok is an official agent for the Cyprus International Institute of Management CIIM Business School (www.ciim.ac.cy) and boast of a network of lead experts in all areas of business strategy. Springbok Consulting has successfully established brands in the insurance, education and distribution sectors as well as being able to help corporates, individuals and institutions use the tried and tested management technologies.
