At the last year's Candidate Launch Ceremony, one of our candidates took to the stage to share about their experience throughout the programme and what the journey has meant for them.

It was a moment to recognize how far the candidates had come and to launch them into their next chapter after being equipped with new skills, experiences and a renewed sense of direction.
