Abstract:
The concurrent study of multiple "omic" layers—including genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics—provides an unprecedented, holistic view of complex biological systems. However, effectively managing, analyzing, and integrating these massive and highly heterogeneous datasets remains a significant computational challenge.
In this webinar, we will explore the latest bioinformatics strategies and computational tools used to bridge the gap between distinct biological data types to extract actionable, systems-level insights.
