في حال مواجهة إحدى المشكلات التالية:

- عدم ظهور كارت دخول الامتحان
- ظهور كارت دخول امتحانات الترم الأول بدلًا من الترم الحالي
- عدم ظهور درجات أعمال السنة
- ظهور درجات أعمال السنة الخاصة بالترم الأول بدلًا من الترم الحالي

يرجى اتباع الخطوات التالية:
1. الدخول إلى معلومات تطبيق Google Chrome
2. التوجه إلى التخزين
3. الضغط على حذف ذاكرة التخزين المؤقت (Cache)
4. إعادة تسجيل الدخول مرة أخرى إلى النظام
