جامعة العلمين الدولية تشارك في اجتماع الجامعات الشريكة للجامعة الأورومتوسطية (EMUNI University)
شارك الأستاذ الدكتور/ عصام الكردي – رئيس جامعة العلمين الدولية، في إجتماع الجامعات الشريكة للجامعة الأورومتوسطية (EMUNI University)، والذي عُقد بنادي أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الإسكندرية (فاروس)، بحضور الأستاذ الدكتور/ أحمد عادل عبد الحكيم – القائم بأعمال رئيس جامعة الإسكندرية، والأستاذ الدكتور/ حسن ندير خير الله – رئيس مجلس أمناء جامعة العلمين الدولية، والأستاذ الدكتور/ رشدي زهران – عضو مجلس الأمناء، إلى جانب عدد من السادة نواب رؤساء الجامعات والقيادات الأكاديمية بجامعة العلمين الدولية وجامعة الإسكندرية والأكاديمية العربية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا والنقل البحري، وذلك على شرف زيارة الأستاذ الدكتور/ رادو بوهينك – رئيس الجامعة الأورومتوسطية، والوفد المرافق له إلى جمهورية مصر العربية.
وشهد الإجتماع مناقشات موسعة حول سبل تعزيز التعاون الأكاديمي والبحثي بين الجامعات والمؤسسات التعليمية بمنطقة البحر المتوسط، بما يدعم توجهات التدويل والإنفتاح الأكاديمي، ويسهم في تبادل الخبرات وتطوير منظومة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي.
وأكد الأستاذ الدكتور/ عصام الكردي، خلال كلمته، أهمية تعزيز التعاون الأكاديمي والبحثي بين الجامعات في منطقة البحر المتوسط، مشيرًا إلى أن جامعة العلمين الدولية تضع التدويل والشراكات الدولية ضمن أولوياتها الإستراتيجية، إنطلاقًا من إيمانها بالدور الحيوي الذي تقوم به الجامعات في بناء جسور التواصل العلمي والثقافي، ودعم أهداف التنمية المستدامة.
كما إستعرض سيادته أوجه التعاون القائمة بين جامعة العلمين الدولية والجامعة الأورومتوسطية، خاصة في إطار برامج الإتحاد الأوروبي، وعلى رأسها برنامج Erasmus+، مؤكدًا حرص الجامعة على توسيع مجالات التعاون في التبادل الطلابي والأكاديمي، والبرامج المشتركة، والبحث العلمي، وبناء القدرات، بما يسهم في تعزيز فرص التطوير الأكاديمي والبحثي على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي.
وخلال الإجتماع، قدمت الأستاذة الدكتورة/ رشا الشنيطي – مدير مكتب العلاقات الدولية بجامعة العلمين الدولية، عرضًا تقديميًا إستعرضت خلاله رؤية الجامعة وإستراتيجيتها في مجال التدويل، وأبرز البرامج الأكاديمية والشراكات الدولية، بالإضافة إلى جهود الجامعة في دعم التبادل الأكاديمي والبحث العلمي والتعاون الدولي مع مختلف المؤسسات التعليمية والبحثية.
كما تناول اللقاء سبل تعزيز التعاون بين الجامعات الشريكة للجامعة الأورومتوسطية، خاصة في مجالات التبادل الطلابي والأكاديمي، والمشروعات البحثية المشتركة، وبرامج الإتحاد الأوروبي، وعلى رأسها برنامج Erasmus+، بما يسهم في دعم التكامل الأكاديمي وبناء جسور التعاون بين مؤسسات التعليم العالي في منطقة البحر المتوسط.
وشاركت بالحضور الدكتورة/ نفرتيتي النخيلي – مسئول مكتب التبادل الطلابي بجامعة العلمين الدولية، وذلك في إطار دعم جهود الجامعة لتوسيع مجالات التعاون والتبادل الأكاديمي مع الجامعات والمؤسسات الدولية، وتعزيز حضورها الدولي.
وفي ختام الإجتماع، أكد المشاركون أهمية إستمرار التنسيق والتعاون بين الجامعات والمؤسسات الأكاديمية في المنطقة، بما يسهم في تعزيز الإنفتاح الدولي، وتبادل الخبرات، ودعم جودة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، وترسيخ الشراكات الأكاديمية الفاعلة بين الجامعات والمؤسسات التعليمية في منطقة البحر المتوسط.

Alamein International University Participates in the Meeting of Partner Universities of EMUNI University
Professor Essam Elkordi, President of Alamein International University, participated in the meeting of partner universities of EMUNI University, which was held at the Faculty Members Club of Alexandria University (Pharos), in the presence of Professor Ahmed Adel Abdel Hakim, Acting President of Alexandria University, Professor Hassan Nader Khairallah, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Alamein International University, and Professor Roshdy Zahran, Member of the Board of Trustees, along with a number of vice presidents and academic leaders from Alamein International University, Alexandria University, and the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. The meeting was held in honor of the visit of Professor Rado Bohinc, President of EMUNI University, and the accompanying delegation to the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The meeting witnessed extensive discussions on ways to strengthen academic and research cooperation among universities and educational institutions in the Mediterranean region, in support of internationalization and academic openness, while contributing to the exchange of expertise and the development of higher education and scientific research systems.
During his speech, Professor Essam Elkordi emphasized the importance of enhancing academic and research collaboration among universities in the Mediterranean region, noting that Alamein International University places internationalization and global partnerships among its strategic priorities, stemming from its belief in the vital role universities play in building bridges of scientific and cultural communication and supporting sustainable development goals.
He also reviewed the existing areas of cooperation between Alamein International University and EMUNI University, particularly within the framework of European Union programs, most notably Erasmus+, affirming the university’s commitment to expanding cooperation in student and academic exchange, joint programs, scientific research, and capacity building, in a way that enhances opportunities for academic and research development at both the regional and international levels.
During the meeting, Professor Rasha Elshenety, Director of the International Relations Office at Alamein International University, delivered a presentation highlighting the university’s vision and strategy in the field of internationalization, as well as its academic programs and international partnerships, in addition to the university’s efforts in supporting academic exchange, scientific research, and international cooperation with various educational and research institutions.
The meeting also addressed ways to strengthen cooperation among EMUNI University partner institutions, particularly in the fields of student and academic exchange, joint research projects, and European Union programs, especially Erasmus+, in a manner that supports academic integration and builds bridges of cooperation among higher education institutions across the Mediterranean region.
Dr. Nefertiti Elnakhily, Student Exchange Office Coordinator at Alamein International University, also attended the meeting as part of the university’s efforts to expand areas of cooperation and academic exchange with international universities and institutions, while strengthening its international presence.
At the conclusion of the meeting, participants emphasized the importance of continuing coordination and cooperation among universities and academic institutions in the region, in a way that contributes to enhancing international openness, exchanging expertise, supporting the quality of higher education and scientific research, and reinforcing effective academic partnerships among universities and educational institutions across the Mediterranean region.
