جامعة بنها ضمن أفضل 10 جامعات عربية في الأثر البحثي لعام 2026
اعلن دكتور ناصر الجيزاوي رئيس الجامعة ان الجامعة قد حققت إنجازًا أكاديميًا جديدًا بتواجدها ضمن قائمة أفضل 10 جامعات عربية في الأثر البحثي العربي لعام 2026، وفقًا لمؤشر معامل التأثير والاستشهاد العربي (Arcif)، حيث جاءت الجامعة في المركز العاشر على مستوى الجامعات العربية من بين 1448 جامعة ومؤسسة بحثية شملها المؤشر، بإجمالي 10,122 استشهادًا علميًا بأبحاث الباحثين المنتسبين إليها المنشورة باللغة العربية، بما يعكس التقدم المستمر الذي تحققه الجامعة في مجالات البحث العلمي والنشر الأكاديمي المتميز.
ويؤكد هذا الإنجاز المكانة المتنامية لجامعة بنها على خريطة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي عربيًا، ونجاحها في تعزيز جودة الإنتاج العلمي وزيادة تأثيره واستشهاداته العلمية، بما يتماشى مع استراتيجية الجامعة الهادفة إلى دعم الباحثين والارتقاء بمستوى النشر الدولي والإقليمي.
وأكد الدكتور ناصر الجيزاوي، رئيس جامعة بنها، أن إدراج الجامعة ضمن أفضل عشر جامعات عربية في الأثر البحثي يعد تتويجًا للجهود التي تبذلها الجامعة في دعم منظومة البحث العلمي والابتكار، وتوفير بيئة أكاديمية وبحثية محفزة للباحثين وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، مشيرًا إلى أن الجامعة تولي اهتمامًا كبيرًا برفع جودة الأبحاث العلمية وتعظيم مردودها التنموي والمجتمعي.
وأضافت دكتورة جيهان عبد الهادي نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون الدراسات العليا والبحوث أن هذا التقدم يعكس نجاح السياسات التي انتهجتها الجامعة خلال السنوات الأخيرة في تشجيع النشر العلمي بالمجلات المرموقة، ودعم الباحثين، وتوسيع التعاون البحثي مع الجامعات والمؤسسات الدولية، بما يسهم في تعزيز القدرة التنافسية للجامعة وتحسين مواقعها في مختلف التصنيفات والمؤشرات العالمية والإقليمية.
وأشارت إلى أن جامعة بنها ستواصل العمل على تطوير منظومة البحث العلمي والابتكار، وتعزيز ثقافة التميز والإبداع، بما يدعم تحقيق أهداف الاستراتيجية الوطنية للتعليم العالي والبحث العلمي ورؤية مصر 2030، ويسهم في بناء اقتصاد قائم على المعرفة وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة.
يُذكر أن قائمة أفضل الجامعات العربية في الأثر البحثي لعام 2026 ضمت جامعات عين شمس، وبغداد، والملك سعود، والعاصمة، والقاهرة، والأزهر، والجامعة الأردنية، واليرموك، وأسيوط، إلى جانب جامعة بنها، بما يعكس الحضور القوي للجامعات المصرية والعربية في مجال البحث العلمي وتأثيره المعرفي.
Benha University Among the Top 10 Arab Universities in Research Impact for 2026
Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, announced a new academic achievement as the university ranked among the top 10 Arab universities in research impact for 2026, according to the Arab Citation and Impact Factor (Arcif). The university secured the 10th position among 1,448 universities and research institutions included in the index, with a total of 10,122 citations for research published by its affiliated researchers in Arabic. This reflects the university's continuous progress in scientific research and distinguished academic publishing.
This achievement underscores Benha University's growing status in the landscape of higher education and scientific research in the Arab world, showcasing its success in enhancing the quality of scientific production and increasing its impact and citations, in line with the university's strategy to support researchers and elevate the level of international and regional publishing.
Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy emphasized that the university's inclusion among the top ten Arab universities in research impact is a culmination of the efforts made by the university to support the scientific research and innovation ecosystem, providing a stimulating academic and research environment for researchers and faculty members. He noted the university's significant focus on improving the quality of scientific research and maximizing its developmental and societal impact.
Prof. Gehan Abdel Hady Vice President for postgraduate Studies and Research, added that this advancement reflects the success of the policies adopted by the university in recent years to encourage scientific publishing in reputable journals, support researchers, and expand research collaboration with international universities and institutions. This contributes to enhancing the university's competitiveness and improving its rankings in various global and regional classifications and indices.
She indicated that Benha University will continue to work on developing the scientific research and innovation system, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity, which supports the achievement of the national strategy for higher education and scientific research and Egypt's Vision 2030, contributing to building a knowledge-based economy and achieving sustainable development.
