🚀 Entrepreneur of the Month | Rachid Nassourou – Founder of Aliz
This month, we are proud to highlight Rachid Nassourou, student entrepreneur developing several projects combining technology, innovation and social impact.
💡 The idea?
Rachid is behind several initiatives, each with its own purpose:
– Aliz, a software suite for higher education, including Assaliz, dedicated to campus life and student associations, and Incaliz, designed for incubators.
– Manssuétude, an association encouraging debate, critical thinking and collective initiatives.
– Orcsys, focused on developing business software.
🎯 The vision
Putting people at the heart of innovation. For Rachid, technology should simplify processes, strengthen connections and free up time for meaningful human interactions, particularly in higher education.
✨ The entrepreneurial trigger
There was no single turning point. Since the age of 15, Rachid has explored event management, e-commerce and freelancing before discovering his passion for tech. Today, entrepreneurship allows him to turn his convictions into concrete projects.
🏗️ Support from the RSB Incubator
The incubator helped Rachid identify opportunities, access valuable resources and connect with the right people. In fact, the initial idea for Aliz emerged directly from a conversation within the incubator!
⏳ The biggest challenge?
Prioritization and patience. Balancing studies, projects and personal life requires discipline and consistency, especially when results take time to appear.
💬 His advice to future entrepreneurs:
"Entrepreneurship isn't for everyone, and that's okay. But if you truly want to make an impact, don't let fear of others' opinions hold you back. Dare to go all in!"
