In 1326, Lord Fertiana extended an invitation to the Monks of Holycross Abbey to cross Cabragh Wetlands.
On this Sunday 8th November 2026, 700 years later, we salute that invitation with Mass in the Abbey at 11am.
This will be followed by a walk from the Abbey to Cabragh Wetlands, where there will be refreshments, Ceol and chat. All are welcome
