🌿🚣‍♀️【Sun Moon Lake Wellness Activity】🚣‍♂️🌿

OIA and the Counseling Center organized a wellness activity at Sun Moon Lake for international students. Participants enjoyed a kayaking experience on the lake and took a relaxing walk along the lakeside trails, appreciating the natural beauty and cultural charm of the area.

Through connecting with nature and fellow students, participants had a chance to unwind, recharge, and create wonderful memories beyond the classroom. 💙

今日由國際事務處、國際化行政支持辦公室（OIAS）與人事室共同辦理「與 AI 同行：行政賦能與落地應用」課程。
課程聚焦 ChatGPT、Gemini、NotebookLM 等生成式 AI 工具，帶領同仁學習行政文書、雙語翻譯、會議紀錄整理、知識庫建置及 AI 工作流程應用，提升行政效能與數位實力。

Today, OIA, OIAS, and the Personnel Office jointly hosted “Working with AI: Administrative Empowerment & Practical Applications.”
Participants explored how tools like 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗚𝗣𝗧, 𝗚𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗟𝗠 can support document drafting, bilingual translation, meeting summaries, knowledge management, and AI-powered workflows—helping transform daily administrative work into smarter, more efficient processes.

全球環境教育夥伴（GEEP）亞太中心正式推出「2026年跨國實習計畫」！

💡 本計畫旨在促進亞太地區的國際環境教育交流與合作。獲選同學將能前往泰國或日本的優質環境教育場域，參與實務的經營管理與推廣。這不僅是一次增進環教實務經驗的絕佳機會，更能讓你在跨國的服務學習中親身體驗多元文化、拓展國際視野！ This program aims to promote international environmental education exchange and collaboration within the Asia-Pacific region. Selected interns will travel to premier environmental education sites in Thailand or Japan to participate in practical management and promotion. It offers a phenomenal opportunity to gain hands-on professional experience, immerse yourself in diverse cultures, and broaden your global perspective!

💡甄選對象 / Eligibility：
總共招募 12 名 18 至 30 歲（含）之青年實習生：
A total of 12 youth interns aged 18 to 30 (inclusive) will be recruited:

🇹🇼 6 名臺灣實習生：赴亞太地區及其他國家實習。
(6 Taiwanese interns: To intern in the Asia-Pacific region and other countries.)

🗺️ 6 名國際實習生：赴臺灣實習。
(6 International interns: To intern in Taiwan.)

📅 實習期間 / Internship Period：

依合作場域提供之時段，擇 14 日（需連續）辦理。
(14 consecutive days, depending on the slots provided by the host sites.)

最遲須於 116 年 (2027年) 2 月 28 日前完成實習（建議以 7 月至 9 月為優先）。
(Must be completed by February 28, 2027; July to September is highly preferred.)

🇹🇭 泰國金禧農業博物館 The Golden Jubilee Museum of Agriculture (Bangkok / Pathum Thani, Thailand)

🇯🇵 日本鹿兒島縣出水市鶴類觀察中心 Izumi City Crane Museum (Kagoshima-ken, Japan)
