📣 2026 外籍學生華語演講比賽 Foreign Students Chinese Speech Contest 2026
為促進外籍學生了解臺灣文化、提升華語學習興趣，並提供分享個人觀點與臺灣經驗的機會，國立國父紀念館特別舉辦「2026 外籍學生華語演講比賽」，歡迎符合資格的外籍學生踴躍報名參加！
To promote international students’ understanding of Taiwanese culture, enhance interest in learning Chinese, and provide an opportunity to share diverse perspectives and experiences in Taiwan, the National Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall is organizing the Foreign Students Chinese Speech Contest 2026. Eligible international students are warmly invited to participate.
📌 報名資訊 Registration Information
🗓️ 報名期間 Registration Period
2026年9月1日（星期二）至10月12日（星期一）
September 1, 2026 (Tuesday) to October 12, 2026 (Monday)
👥 參賽資格 Eligibility
年滿18歲以上，具非中華民國國籍，且目前在臺灣就讀之外籍學生（不含陸生、港澳生及僑生）。
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold non-ROC nationality, and be currently enrolled as international students in Taiwan (excluding students from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and overseas Chinese students).
曾參加2025年本項比賽並獲得第1名至第4名者，不得再次報名。
Students who placed 1st to 4th in the 2025 contest are not eligible to participate.
若本人或父母任一方以華語（含方言）為母語，或護照所屬國家官方語言為華語者，不得報名。
Students whose native language (or whose parents’ native language) is Chinese, including Chinese dialects, or whose passport country has Chinese as an official language, are not eligible.

📝 報到時間 Check-in Time
參賽者須於當日上午 9:00 至 9:45 攜帶護照正本完成報到。
Participants must bring their original passport and complete check-in between 9:00 AM and 9:45 AM on the day of the contest.
👥 名額限制 Participant Limit
本次活動限額 60名，額滿即停止受理報名。
Only 60 participants will be accepted. Registration will close once all spots are filled.

第一名 First Prize: NT$20,000
第二名 Second Prize: NT$16,000
第三名 Third Prize: NT$12,000
第四名 Fourth Prize: NT$8,000
優選 Honorable Mention (6 winners): NT$6,000 each

本活動僅接受郵寄報名，不受理線上或現場報名。
Registration is by mail only. Online and in-person registrations will not be accepted.

完整填寫之報名表。
Completed registration form.
加蓋學校或機構正式印信（或系所章戳）之報名表。
Registration form stamped with the official seal of your school or institution.
護照個人資料頁影本。
A photocopy of the passport information page.
如使用系所或學校單位圓戳章，須另加蓋承辦人職章；若使用正式印信則免附職章。
If a departmental or school seal is used, the responsible officer’s personal seal must also be affixed. This is not required if an official institutional seal is used.
✉️ 郵寄方式
請下載並列印「報名專用信封封面」，黏貼於標準 B4 大型信封上，並以掛號郵寄。
Please download and print the “Registration Envelope Cover,” attach it securely to a standard B4 envelope, and send the application by registered mail.
