MSA - NCKU is an organization dedicated to uniting the Muslim community through variety year-round religious and social events where they may worship, practice, discuss and learn about their faith. In addition, we are also committed to enhancing the spirit of religious co-existence, understanding and dialogue at NCKU.

PRESS RELEASE: “MUSLIM STUDENT SUMMIT” ORGANIZED BY THE MUSLIM STUDENT ASSOCIATION OF NCKU TAIWAN

Tainan – Sunday (15/12/2024) To strengthen Islamic solidarity and enhance the intellectual and spiritual capacity of Muslim students in Taiwan, the Muslim Student Association of National Cheng Kung University (MSA NCKU) hosted the “Muslim Student Summit 2024” at the Guangfu Lecture Hall, National Cheng Kung University, Tainan City. This event showcased the inclusivity and cultural diversity of Islam, reflecting the growing number of Muslim students from diverse national and cultural backgrounds pursuing education in Taiwan.

The summit attracted significant participation, with over 100 students from 20 institutions across Taiwan registering for the event. Professor Wei-Shiun Chang, Deputy Vice President for International Affairs at NCKU, delivered the opening remarks. In his speech, he expressed his enthusiasm for the summit’s role in promoting diversity and enhancing the multicultural environment of the university.

📢 Three Days to Go: Guide to the Muslim Student Summit 2024 Venue 📢

Assalamu'alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh, everyone! 🌟

As we get closer to the Muslim Student Summit 2024, we want to ensure that you have no trouble finding your way to the event. Here's how to locate International Lecture Room 1, Kuangfu Campus, NCKU, where the summit will take place:

🗺 Access Guide:
1️⃣ By Tainan City Bus:
Take bus No.2, No.6, No.19, Orange-line No.12, or Green-line No.17 to Kuangfu Campus.

2️⃣ By Train:
Arrive at Tainan Train Station and exit via the rear entrance. The campus is located across Daxue Road.

3️⃣ Within Kuangfu Campus:
▪️Go to Student Activity Center (SAC) Building
▪️From the entrance gate (1F), turn left and head towards the stairs.
▪️Descend to B1F and turn left.
▪️Go straight, and you will find the 1st International Conference Room in the left corner.
