The New York State Comptroller’s Office has released details on the retroactive 4.5% salary increase for eligible CSEA-represented state employees under our newly ratified contract.

The retroactive increase will be reflected in Sept. 23 paychecks for employees on the Administration payroll and Oct. 1 paychecks for employees on the Institution payroll.

The Comptroller’s bulletin also provides detailed information on eligibility, retroactive adjustments, overtime and other payments affected by the increase. We encourage members to visit the webpage for more information. Click Here For Payroll Bulletin Webpage
