Ignite Stories. Spark Connections. Unleash Creativity.

10/29/2026

Every institution has its secrets.

Not the kind that haunt hallways or lurk behind locked doors. Something far more frightening.

The untapped potential of stories waiting to be discovered. Voices that deserve to be heard. Moments of impact that could inspire generosity, strengthen connections, and bring an institution's mission to life.

Yet too often, these stories remain hidden, their power and potential unrealized.

And for storytellers like us, that's a chilling thought.

Fortunately, at The ARC Collaborative, we're not afraid to go digging. Through our Story Studio, we uncover the people and experiences that make an institution extraordinary. And through our Legacy Library, we capture and preserve the voices and memories that deserve to live on for generations.

So this Halloween, we're shining a light on a different kind of horror.

The story that had the power to change everything... but was never shared.

Now that's something to be afraid of.

𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲?

It's one of our favorite questions to ask when creating an event. We always want the answer to be no.

For the University of St. Thomas Be Brilliant. Be Bold. campaign launch, every element was rooted in their people, place and story, from a stage inspired by iconic campus architecture to an original spoken-word and dance performance that moved seamlessly from the LED wall to the live stage, drawing the audience deeper into the story with every word and step.

The St. Thomas team trusted us to try something different. And that trust made something uniquely theirs possible.

And when the last guest left…our work didn’t end.

We edited the video you see here overnight so donors could find a surprise thank-you in their inboxes the next morning and relive an extraordinary campaign milestone.

That's the kind of event we love to create: one that couldn't belong to anyone else.

You heard us say September was a busy month for The ARC Collaborative team. Here’s another chapter in the adventure.

Just ten days after wrapping one campaign launch, we were back on the road, this time in Minnesota with our incredible partners at the University of St. Thomas for a moment nearly two years in the making: the launch of 𝗕𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘁. 𝗕𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗹𝗱.

So, what does it take to turn an empty arena into a dynamic campaign launch?

Take a look.

This high -energy behind-the-scenes time-lapse captures the transformation as all the pieces come together. Staging and screens. Lighting and sound. Storytelling and performances. Rehearsals, cues, creative details, and plenty of surprise and delight.

Piece by piece, an arena became an experience. And when the doors opened, more than 500 Tommies stepped into a night built to celebrate their stories, their community, and what’s possible next.

The ARC team was proud to collaborate with the St. Thomas team and, of course, our incredible creative and technical partners at Wired Production Group to bring it all to life.

This is how you launch a campaign the Tommie way.

Last week, we took you behind the scenes as The ARC Collaborative prepared to help the University of Memphis launch Memphis Is Forever.

This week, we’re taking you inside the experience.

From interactive storytelling kiosks and floating musicians to a podcast studio, immersive visuals, live performances, and plenty of Tiger pride, every element invited guests into the story of Memphis.

And when the celebration ended, the storytelling continued.

Within hours, our team produced this highlight film, ready to share the very next day with those who were there and those who couldn’t be, extending the experience and building on the momentum of this defining moment.

Take a look at what Memphis Is Forever felt like.

Congratulations to our incredible partners at the University of Memphis. We’re proud to have helped bring this special night to life.

𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝘀? 𝗪𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲’𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻?

September has been a little wild around here—in the very best way.

First stop: 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗵𝗶𝘀

For months, our team worked alongside the University of Memphis to bring the campaign launch of Memphis Is Forever to life—one with a big vision for a university that means so much to its city.

And when we say feel, we mean it.

Storytelling. Live music. Student voices. Big reveals. Immersive environments. A whole lot of Tiger spirit. And the unmistakable energy of Memphis woven through it all.

Getting there took months of interviewing, filming, writing, editing, designing, planning, producing, rehearsing—and collaborating with some pretty incredible people. Then the ARCC team landed in Memphis and did what we love most: took all those pieces and turned them into one shared moment.

Here’s a little peek behind the curtain at what that looked like before the doors opened and the lights came up.

And this is only the backstage pass.

We’ll be sharing more from the night itself soon—when months of ideas, conversations, creativity, and collaboration finally met an audience.

Because this one deserves an encore.

𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗜𝘀 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗥𝗖 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻!

Next stop: Seattle for the CASE Summit for Leaders in Advancement conference, where we're proud to be a Silver Sponsor and exhibitor.

We're looking forward to reconnecting with friends, meeting new colleagues, sharing ideas, and having the conversations that spark the next great story, campaign, or milestone moment. That's what the Council for Advancement and Support of Education is all about—bringing together people who are passionate about advancing higher education and the institutions they serve.

And let's be honest...it's Seattle. Great people, great conversations, and great coffee! What's not to love?

If you'll be there, stop by 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝟲𝟬𝟬 and say hello to Seth and Allison. They would love to connect, hear what you're working on, and explore how the ARCC can help bring your next big story to life.

See you in Seattle!

This week, our team was divided. 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲.

From Tennessee to Arizona, we were on the road helping our clients uncover meaningful stories and bring bold campaign visions to life.

Morgan, Ann, and Josh spent the week at the University of Memphis capturing stories of impact that will help inspire supporters to invest in the future of the university. Meanwhile, Seth, Ron, and Nick were with our friends at the The University of Arizona collaborating on a campaign celebration designed to honor generosity, vision, and the lasting impact of the Wildcat community.

Of course, no work trip is complete without a little local inspiration. Both teams carved out time to experience the local culture and enjoy some incredible regional cuisine.

Different campuses. Different goals. One shared purpose.

Whether we're capturing authentic stories on camera or designing experiences that bring a vision to life, we're honored to help our partners create defining moments that inspire people to believe in what's possible.

At The ARC Collaborative, we love partnering with our clients to capture the moments, voices, and stories that define an organization and help shape its next chapter. That's why we're especially excited to celebrate this defining chapter in America's story as our nation marks its 250th anniversary.

In observance of Independence Day, our office will be closed on Monday, July 6, as our team continues celebrating the Fourth of July holiday with family and friends.

We wish you a safe, meaningful, and memorable Independence Day weekend!

The ARCC video crew hit the road this week, heading north to spend time with our friends at the University of St. Thomas as we began capturing the stories behind their upcoming campaign launch.

Throughout the week, Morgan and Ann teamed up with our trusted video partners, Josh and John, to film interviews, capture campus life, and document the authentic moments that bring a campaign to life. Every conversation, every location, and every frame is helping shape a story that will unfold in a powerful way when the campaign officially launches.

There's something special about watching a story come together one interview, one campus walk, and one meaningful moment at a time.

Stay tuned for a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the stories behind this defining moment for the University of St. Thomas. We can't wait to help bring the St. Thomas story to life in a way that celebrates its people, purpose, and future.

Over the coming weeks, we'll be sharing ideas designed to spARCC more meaningful event experiences. They're principles The ARC Collaborative has seen consistently transform fundraising celebrations, campaign launches, inaugurations, and milestone moments into experiences that foster deeper human connection.

Every spARCC begins with something intentional. Each idea is rooted in what we've learned through designing and producing events across the country, where thoughtful creative decisions inspire generosity, strengthen relationships, and create memories that endure long after the lights go down.

Because memorable events aren't defined by bigger stages or brighter lights. They're defined by how people feel while they're in the room.

Keep following 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗻. We'll be sharing practical ideas that spARCC stronger connections, inspire generosity, and create memorable moments your guests will remember long after the event ends.
