Congratulations to our very own, Brenda Davis, for winning the Arthur O. Eve Human Relations Award at the HEOP-PO Conference in Buffalo last week! Well deserved!

Arthur O. Eve Human Relations Award-This award is given to an individual that champions the issues of inclusion, access, and success while making post-secondary opportunities available to historically underrepresented students through their efforts at their institution and through their advocacy at the state level.

Opportunity on the Mic provides a platform for Hamilton College's Opportunity Program to assert its voice, foster its community, and share its stories. Director Aaron Ray and Hamilton College senior, Kelvin Nunez, provide weekly podcasts that act as a safety valve for all first-generation students wading through the college tide. Best put, Opportunity on the Mic amplifies the voices in our communities and reminds us that we all have a story to share.
