When a White Mountains Community College student earns a degree, the whole North Country wins. New nurses, technicians, and business professionals stay close to home and work nearby.

That success starts with support. Gifts to WMCC fund scholarships, programs, and facilities that help students reach their goals. The more students we can support, the more success stories we get to share.

Katiana Berry left high school with two things: her diploma and an Associate Teacher Certificate in Early Childhood Education from Nashua Community College.

She earned the degree online during her senior year of high school, while already working at Manchester Child Care Center. Thanks to grants that covered nearly all of her Early College costs, she paid almost nothing.

Scholarships and grants make stories like Katiana's possible. Every gift is a bet on a student who's ready to achieve. Support NCC students and all students at our seven Granite State community college locations: givenhcc.org/where-to-give/ncc

"Great Bay gave me the foundation to succeed." That's how Rain Ashley Jelley describes her time at Great Bay Community College.

Rain came back to college as a working adult, earned her accounting degree, and has already been promoted to staff accountant at Sprague Operating Resources LLC.

Behind every success story like Rain's is a community that believes in students. Gifts and new scholarships help our colleges support more students as they build brighter futures and help us share more stories like this one.

Welcome to our board of directors, Barbara Mullin. For 20 years, Barbara and her husband, George, have run Souhegan Valley Motorsports in Amherst. In 2022, they created a scholarship honoring their son, Scott, that helps NH students build powersports careers.

The Foundation for New Hampshire Community Colleges (The Foundation) recently expanded its board of directors with the addition of Barbara Mullin.

Sixteen NH high school students spent four weeks this summer learning the math behind AI at Lakes Region Community College, in partnership with Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

LRCC is one of only two community colleges in the country hosting the pilot. Students came from many places where advanced STEM courses simply aren't offered. They learned linear algebra, then used it on real projects.

Programs like this take partners and supporters who believe NH students deserve a seat at the table. If that's you, you can support LRCC here: givenhcc.org/where-to-give/lrcc

Jason Olenio graduated from NHTI-Concord's Community College in 1992 with a degree in Radiologic Technology. 34 years later, he came back to campus to install the new X-ray equipment that today's students will train on.

Hands-on equipment and programs like this one are made possible by people who choose to invest in NH students. If you'd like to be one of them, you can support NHTI here: givenhcc.org/where-to-give/nhti
