Eta Kappa Zeta was recognized, alongside other organizations, for its community support to Dr. Katie Harper Wright Elementary School, led by Principal. This important advocacy event will take place May 18–19, 2026, in Springfield, Illinois, and provides us with a powerful opportunity to engage with legislators, elevate our collective voice, and represent Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated in a meaningful way.

Greetings Sorors, Frat, Friends, Youth and Guest,

We are pleased to announce that the Illustrious State of Illinois will host the 2026 Violette Neatley Anderson Day Graveside Memorial on April 18, 2026 in Alsip, IL. We welcome all to join us as we pay tribute to a trailblazer who dedicated her life to fighting for civic justice for all.

Our Triumphant Past International President Violette Neatley Anderson left a legacy worthy of praise. In recognition of her commitment to social justice, we will recognize Sorors who are currently members of the legal profession. We have included a short recognition for any Soror who serve as judges, attorneys or court reporters.
