🍍✨What a Year It's Been--HTM 2025-26 Year in Review!

Here's a look at everything we packed into one incredible year:

🎓Welcome & Celebrate--20 new students joined the HTM family, and 22 of our own earned their degrees. We are so proud of each and every one of them.

🥐Back by Popular Demand--Introduction to Baking & Pastry made its return, and it did not disappoint.

🛳️Set Sail--Our students cruised from New Orleans to Cozumel and the Yucatan, turning the world into their classroom.

🏟 Hit the Road--Field trips to Chicago's major sport team hubs gave students an up-close look at hospitality and sports management in action.

💖Stronger Together--We deepened our collaboration with South Shore CVA and TradeWinds Services, and we're excited about a new partnership on the horizon with Opportunity Enterprise.

🍽️ Fed the Community--Lunch and dinner labs, our Chili Cook-Off, and the HTM Annual Food & Beverage Festival brought people to the table all year long.

🍴Elevated Our Dining Experience--A new dining room floor and upgraded silverware gave our dining service a fresh and polished look.

🎖New Faces & Big Wins--We welcomed new faculty member Megan Case, received approval for a new Sports Management Concentration, and celebrated Dr. Bauman's promotion to Associate Professor.

🏆Students Shine--Our students earned well-deserved scholarship recognition this year--proof that hard work pays off.

🌟Alumni Pride--HTM alumnus Deno Yiankes was inducted into the PNW Alumni Hall of Fame. We couldn't be more proud!

🎂A Milestone Moment--Purdue University Northwest celebrated its 10th Anniversary, and we were honored to be part of this incredible institution's journey.

As we close one chapter and open the next, we carry all of this momentum forward. We will keep growing, keep connecting, and keep raising the bar--for our students, our alumni, our industry partners, and everyone who believe in what HTM stands for.
