We are proud to announce that Christina and Lydia, members of our Career Services and Work-Based Learning team, are now Certified Emergenetics® Associates!

Emergenetics is a powerful tool designed to help individuals better understand their thinking and behavioral preferences, strengthen communication, enhance collaboration, and build more effective teams.

Through this certification, Christina and Lydia have gained valuable tools and strategies to help individuals recognize their strengths, appreciate different perspectives, and work more effectively with others.

We are excited about the opportunities this brings to the Center for Career and Workforce Development as we continue expanding our efforts to support career readiness, professional development, leadership, and teamwork among Wallace State students, faculty, staff, and industry partners!
