Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, Adolfo Guerrero Gunther discovered his passion for football at a young age. That passion eventually led him to Florida, where he graduated with honors from Flagler College in 2016 with a double major in Sport Management and Economics.
After graduating, Adolfo moved to Madeira, Portugal, where he began his professional career with Club Sport Marítimo and gained valuable experience working within a professional football club environment. The experience deepened his understanding of the positive impact sports can have on young people and inspired him to help others pursue opportunities in the sport he loves.
Today, Adolfo is the founder of Deportes Network (DN), an international sports management and consulting platform that helps young soccer players access authentic development experiences in Spain. Through DN, players train within professional club environments while experiencing the daily standards of European soccer. Programs combine sport, education, culture, and personal growth, offering young athletes an opportunity to experience soccer development from the inside—not simply as tourists.
For families in the United States, DN serves as a bridge to these opportunities by coordinating club connections, logistics, guidance, and support throughout the experience.
As a fellow Flagler alumnus, Adolfo is also proud to offer preferred discounts on DN experiences for the sons and daughters of Flagler alumni. Because each experience is personalized to the player’s age, level, goals, and travel dates, alumni are encouraged to contact Adolfo directly and mention their Flagler connection to learn more about available opportunities and discounts.
