Take a moment to hear about their roles, responsibilities, and experiences throughout the summer as they continue to grow professionally and represent our chapter beyond the campus.
This summer, Brother Kameron Benjamin worked with UCSC Open Source Research Office. During his time, he researched, collaborated, and contributed to p5.js, a popular open source Javascript library. To do this, he dug into the company’s Github issues and fixed the problems utilizing their codebase.
We’re proud to recognize Brother Benjamin for continuing to expand his skills and represent the chapter through his professional work this summer! 🤟
This summer, Brother Andres Mercado worked with Core Lab. During his time, he cultured and fed daphnia in aquarium tanks. To do this, he siphoned tank interiors to remove waste and excess algae blooms, regulated water quality, and managed filter and air pump systems.

This summer, Brother Vincent Bryant worked with Bennett Thrasher, LLC. During his time, he gained valuable experience in public accounting and professional advisory services.
