Not Your Typical Business School

Walsh is more than a business school. We’re an accelerator. A think tank. An incubator for ideas. We’re the fuel you need to take that next step. Where leaders are made and where barriers are broken. Since 1922, Walsh has combined academic theory and practical application to prepare students for successful careers in business and technology. Our nationally ranked bachelor’s and master’s programs are delivered by academic faculty who bring their real-world business experience into small classroom settings both on-ground and online. Walsh evolves ahead of the pace of business, offering innovative programs such as the nation’s first multi-course concentration in automotive cybersecurity and the Master of Arts in Business, specifically designed for the non-traditional business student. Other degree programs include accounting, finance, information technology, management, marketing, taxation, and other fields.

This is where the future is made. Your future.

Looking for a female roommate. Available June 1st. Please pm me with any questions. Thank you.
In need of tutor for ACC412 Governmental and Not-for-Profit Accounting ASAP!!! #WalshCollege
Any tips on where to sell textbooks? I have the books for MKT 542 and I'd love to help another student save money by selling them. Thanks!
I am requesting a new advisor, in pursuit of my MBA through Walsh. The current advisor, I do not want to say my current advisor, Lauren Filmore, is negative. I have so far uploaded my resume, personal statement, and transcripts from Michigan State University, and the University of Phoenix. I asked Mary Graca for a new advisor and she said she'll give me a new advisor, once Walsh has transcripts from OCCC and WCCC for summer courses I took while in undergrad. I feel unproductive waiting for the latter transcripts, because I do not want to communicate with the current advisor. I was able to submit my application to Eastern Michigan University. I like diversity in my decision-making and was hoping to work more on my application for Walsh. Thank you, Ebuni (pronounced Ebony).

Anyone ever use the Yuzu app from Barnes & Noble for digital books from the Walsh Bookstore? Have read some really bad reviews and would rather not waste the money if what I am reading is correct.
It is with great sadness that I have share the news of Dr. Donald (Don) R Byrne's passing earlier today. He taught economics and finance to thousands of Walsh College students over the years and will be missed. He was a person of enormous intellect and warmth. He was a loving husband, father, friend, colleague, and mentor to many of those students he taught over the years. His association with Walsh goes back to 1983. During his time at Walsh, he taught classes in a variety of formats and at both undergraduate and graduate levels. He taught at Walsh up until 2014. As one of his Walsh students once related to me - I am paraphrasing here: There were a few students that were bored and being disruptive. When one of them asked why a demand curve was so important, Dr. Byrne simply drew a simple demand curve on the board, and talked about it for two hours. The class was completely captivated by the lecture and I guarantee that every student would remember that lecture for the rest of their lives. May he rest in peace
