UA Homecoming we had so much fun this week being reminded of what makes Alabama so special. The endless traditions, love, and pride that we get to share in our community is something we are so grateful for!

Shoutout to all our girls who participated in events this week! Dance team, y’all killed it! And a huge thank you to our homecoming chairs, mia.martin05 and Addi Reichow ! This week wouldn’t have happened without y’all!

WHY AOII WEDNESDAY 💙

With Beat Tennessee Beat Arthritis week in full swing, we wanted to highlight the girl that made it all happen!

Meet Annika Iverson, our Director of Philanthropy! 💗

“During Philanthropy Round of Recruitment, I learned about how AOII partners with the Arthritis Foundation. This instantly made me feel connected to AOII because I’ve seen how arthritis has impacted my mom since her diagnosis at seventeen.

As Director of Philanthropy, it means so much to me to be able to raise awareness and funds for a cause so close to my heart and to give back to the woman that made me who I am!

Some of my best friends that I have made through AOII have arthritis. Getting to stand in support of my sisters is so special, and I’m so grateful AOII gives me the opportunity to do that. Waking up everyday knowing that I am apart of a sisterhood that genuinely wants to change the world and supports those fighting this invisible disease reaffirms my decision that I chose my people when I chose AOII.”

We love you, Annika, and are so grateful for everything you do! 💕

This past Sunday we were able to kickoff Beat Tennessee Beat Arthritis week with a pickleball tournament!

We can’t wait for the rest of the week as we continue to raise money and awareness for the Arthritis Foundation all week long! 🎉

We had so much celebrating Parents Weekend and our annual Backyard Bash event! It was so special getting to share the heart of AOII with our families, and we’re so grateful to share that we raised over $15,000 benefitting the Arthritis Foundation!

Thank you to our families for their incredible support and for helping us give back to a cause we hold so close to our hearts. We’re so grateful for the opportunity to make a difference together!

STRIKEOUT ARTHRITIS RECAP 🩵

This past weekend we hosted our annual Strikeout Arthritis kickball tournament! We’re so grateful for everyone who participated and helped us raise awareness for Juvenile Arthritis. We are proud to say, we were able to raise over $15,000 for the Arthritis Foundation!💙
