Parking for people voting at the Hub -- DO NOT park on the street or in the construction yard off Ferguson.
There is a long line of voters for the Hub right now so we urge you to park at the Heritage Building in Tyler, or the locations in Noonday, Lindale or Whitehouse.
If you are planning to vote at the Hub on East Ferguson Street in downtown Tyler, please park in designated parking areas.
There are curbside voting, handicapped and a few regular parking spaces directly in front of the Hub building.
There is a free parking garage just west of the Hub.
Thank you to Smith County Pct. 1 Constable’s Office for helping patrol the traffic!
Places that are illegal to park include:
• In front of the Constable’s Office or the Animal Shelter
• In the former jury parking lot being used by the Courthouse construction project
• Along the railroad
If you would rather not have to deal with downtown’s construction projects, there are four other voting locations for early voting!
• The Heritage Building: 1900 Bellwood Road, Tyler
• Kinzie Community Center: 913 Mt. Sylvan St., Lindale
• Noonday Community Center: 16662 County Road 196, Tyler
• Whitehouse City Center: 109 E. Main St. Whitehouse
