Finding Our Rhythm, Living Our Values! ✨
Our culture is the heartbeat of everything we do at the Colliery Training College (CTC). It isn’t just a concept; it’s how we connect, collaborate, and support one another every single day. Recently, we took a timeout from our usual routines to do exactly that at our CTC Culture Day!
The goal of the day was simple yet powerful: to actively live our shared values, rebuild our connections, and get our rhythm back together as one united team.
And what a day it was! We broke the ice and connected deeply through fast-paced quick connects, got moving with high-energy aerobics, and shared plenty of laughs over games, Touchie and Footsie, and unleashing our inner rockstars on the karaoke stage. Because looking after our collective well-being matters, we also took the time to check our health vitals, unwind with relaxing massages, and pedal-power our own refreshments on the smoothie bike. From capturing every smile at the photo booths to channeling our creativity into team paintings, every single moment was a testament to our unity, laughter, and shared vision.
We didn't just talk about our values; we lived them out loud, together, and left the day re-energized, inspired, and closer than ever.
