Comming saturday we dive into the logic and life-enhancing science of composting, from small garden composting to larger kunuku-size scaling. Tambe ta kuminsa ku permaculture design principles, scale of permanence, and zoning.. Super important in your home garden, larger kunuku, or neighbourhood/family food forests. Fechanan pa siguiente workshopnan zijn ook bekend, dus agenderen maar!

Bonnochi shonnan, djasabra awó nos ta t**a atrobe na kunuku shimaruku pa e di 2 workshop syntropic permaculture. DM mi si bo ta join! 14 a meldu aan kaba, sigurá bo seat at the table! Looking forward!

Focus is dit keer meer op de praktische toepassing van syntropy, door het besproken plot ook daadwerkelijk aan te leggen. we verdelen in teams die elk een deeltaak doet, dan weer roteren, samenkomen, opbouwen.. Vandaag de drip deels aangelegd, het laatste gedeelte laat ik ook voor zaterdag, zodat we dat ook in de vingers krijgen.

This time i wanna switch the working and theory, as earliest is the coolest. so 8am sharp start, 30 min uitleg, dan 8.30-10.30 planting; 10.30-11 short papaya break, continued splikashon, en dan 11-12 last ... op de i ('puntjes op de 'i', hehe)

Preparations are well under way for this saturday 23th may, 8-1 pm. Gathering seeds, functionals, installing drip systems and fixing the well.

One most important insight I got this week was this: Vegetables are rightfully positioned in the placenta phase of a syntropic plot, but actually not at inception (kuminsamentu) of that plot. The plot just struggles too much with establishing, defying the wind, sun, infertility of the starting soil and animals. To get a fruitfull veggie yield immediately after the first 3 months just requires too much hauling of mest, ash, much! The plot is just not fertile and established enough..

Only after the first great reset (+/- after 1-1,5 years), try vegetables again! Instead, at a plot's inception, blast off with the strongest, most resilient elements we have, and thicken it a bit with banana, papaya, yuka and berehein!!
