Next Games’ Saara and Tero spoke at Pocket Gamer Connects Nordics today 🎙️

Studio Managing Director Saara shed light on what it took to get from 1 to 7 live games from Next Games, in no less than a year. Tero, Studio Technology Director, talked about the quirks of engineering games for TV for the global Netflix member base.

If you’re visiting Wanha Satama at PGC Nordics tomorrow, come say hi and play Netflix Minigolf with us at our lounge ⛳️

Taking to the mic 🎙️ We had the pleasure of hosting an Ask-Me-Anything session at the Next Games office with Greg Peters, Co-CEO, and Alain Tascan, President of Games at Netflix.

We talked all things game development, entertainment, and how we're shaping the future of living-room games. It was valuable face-to-face time, with questions including but not limited to "what's your favorite game on Netflix, and why is it one of the games by Next Games?" 👋

Say howdy to Netflix Star: Daily Trivia, now playable on Netflix exclusively in the US 🌟

We partnered with teams across Netflix to pioneer the technology and tackle a fresh engineering challenge: a game that’s accessible directly within the Netflix TV app. We built smooth, responsive TV remote controller mechanics, and integrated Netflix Star seamlessly into the Netflix Home page.

Kudos to the team on delivering this unique experience and expanding what’s possible for games on Netflix 🎉
