1,400+ volunteers. 8 offices. One shared purpose.

Earlier this month, colleagues from across PwC Ireland came together for One Firm One Day, dedicating their time and energy to support communities across the country.

Our volunteers delivered on 75 projects on the day, from revitalising community spaces and supporting environmental initiatives to connecting with children, older generations and local groups, every person played their part.

A huge thank you to everyone who volunteered and helped make the day such a success.

Together, we're proud to create positive change in the communities where we live and work.

โœจ Today we say goodbye to our Summer Interns โœจ

What an incredible eight weeks it has been. Our internship programme is centred on growth ๐ŸŒฑ Through on the job learning, coaching, mentoring and hands on experience, our interns have developed their communication, presentation and technical skills while contributing to real projects across the firm.

They have become a true part of our culture, celebrating Pride ๐ŸŒˆ, volunteering through One Firm One Day ๐Ÿค and building relationships across the firm.

It has been amazing to see what they have achieved in such a short period of time. Their energy, curiosity and fresh perspectives have made a lasting impact on our people and our teams.

Meet Jack, a work placement student in our Digital Audit and Transparency (DAT) team in Cork ๐Ÿ‘‹

From gaining hands-on client experience to collaborating with his team, Jack is making the most of his time with us. Heโ€™s also getting stuck into our sports & social scene and recently joined the golf society for a day out at the K Club โ›ณ

Brilliant to see our placement students fully immersing themselves in life at PwC.

With an impressive PwC pass rate of 76%, weโ€™re celebrating 38 newly qualified Chartered Tax Advisors across the firm.

For many, this marks the final milestone after five years of dedication, resilience and hard work - an incredible achievement.

Well done to each and every one of you.๐ŸŽ‰

Today we hosted the Sport for Business PwC 30 Under 30 2026 cohort to celebrate their achievements to date. It was a morning of networking, sharing ideas and hearing the inspiring career journeys behind each success.

This yearโ€™s gathering was particularly special as we mark the programmeโ€™s 10th anniversary. Over the past decade, it has built an incredible network of talent shaping the business of sport. Congratulations to Junior Achievement Ireland as they celebrate an incredible milestone, 30 years of impact.

Over the past three decades, Junior Achievement Ireland has helped inspire more than 1.3 million students, building confidence, developing essential skills and connecting education with the world of work.

We are especially proud at PwC to have been one of the founding partners 30 years ago, and we continue to support this important work and the initiatives that help young people realise their potential and build the skills they need for the future.

Our Chief People Officer, Doone O'Doherty, represented PwC at the recent celebration.

Partnerships like this play a vital role in shaping the next generation.

๐Ÿ‘‹ Well done to our summer interns for successfully wrapping up their first week with us!

They had the opportunity to hear from Managing Partner Enda McDonagh, connect with fellow interns, and enjoy a social event before diving into their specific line of service training.

Next week, they'll join their teams to gain a deeper understanding of the work we do and get hands-on experience.

We're excited to see the impact they'll make and the growth they'll experience during their time with us.

Grow here. Go further.

๐ŸŒŸ Over the last few months, our teams have been focused on upskilling as part of the wider PwC Network Learning Experience a global initiative designed to help our people build the skills needed for the future.

With 39% of professional skills expected to be transformed or outdated by 2030 (World Economic Forum), upskilling has never been more important.

Weโ€™ve loved seeing colleagues share their goals on our โ€œWhat skills will you grow next?โ€ board from public speaking and AI to critical thinking and prioritisation.

By making small, intentional shifts in how we learn, our people are building skills that enable sharper thinking, stronger recommendations and confident leadership through change.

Grow here. Go further.

๐ŸŒ World Culture Day at PwC was a vibrant celebration of the diverse cultures that enrich our global community.

Last night, we gathered to share stories, wear traditional attire, enjoy games, and taste a variety of global cuisines. It was more than an event; it was an opportunity to connect, learn, and appreciate the diverse perspectives within our teams.
