This week we had our last gardening club before our summer shut down.

Some of the students and staff from CARA Outreach Service Sligo and Carrick on Shannon enjoyed a day out at Carrick Leisurezone yesterday, followed by tasty food in Supermac's & Papa John's Carrick On Shannon.

An exciting few days this week.

Jasmeen, Clodagh and Diarmuid from the Pathways Group NLN Carrick on Shannon, took part in a Barista course recently ending with the perfect cup of coffee.

Then Students from NLN in Carrick on Shannon heading to Strandhill to participate in some Surfing at County Sligo Surf Club and Yoga, on a fabulous sunny day.

Cara day services visited the breathtaking El Galeón Andalucía.

The 17th century Spanish Galleon replica docked in Sligo Harbour until the 13th of July.

A great time was had by all.

More moments from Saturdays game Sligo Rovers F.C. vs Shelbourne, where we proudly sponsored the Match Ball.

From the warm ups to the final whistle, there was great energy around the showgrounds.

Tim and Shane had a great time, there was lots to shout about.

We'll be there again tomorrow night for the next match.

Students got to sit in Dáil Éireann and to see what it feels like to participate in a government committee meeting.
