Problemy z aplikacją LanczUJ? 🥘 Kilka ważnych informacji 📢
Otrzymujemy od Was wiadomości dotyczące problemów z korzystaniem z aplikacji Lanczuj. W wielu przypadkach przyczyną są brakujące dane, które możecie uzupełnić samodzielnie w systemie USOS.
✅ Urząd skarbowy – możecie wprowadzić w USOSweb w zakładce:
Dla wszystkich → Moje dane → Konto bankowe i urząd skarbowy. Jeśli nie wiecie, który urząd skarbowy jest dla Was właściwy, zamieściliśmy w komentarzu link do wyszukiwarki urzędów skarbowych;
✅ w tej zakładce możecie też sprawdzić, czy macie wprowadzony numer konta bankowego;
❌ adres – aplikacja wymaga podania adresu stałego lub do korespondencji na terenie Polski. Adres może zmienić tylko Sekretariat Programu Kształcenia.
⚠️ Uwaga! W tej chwili nie możecie sprawdzić ani zaktualizować powyższych informacji, ponieważ systemy USOS i USOSweb zostały tymczasowo wyłączone prewencyjnie z przyczyn bezpieczeństwa. 🔐 Jest to związane z wykryciem poważnej podatności bezpieczeństwa w oprogramowaniu wykorzystywanym przez wiele instytucji. Według informacji przekazanych przez UJ systemy zostały wyłączone zapobiegawczo, aby zabezpieczyć dane użytkowników. Po zainstalowaniu niezbędnych poprawek bezpieczeństwa i przeprowadzeniu testów systemy zostaną ponownie uruchomione.

We have been receiving messages regarding issues with the Lanczuj application. In many cases, the required information can be provided by users themselves in the USOS system.
✅ Tax office (PL: urząd skarbowy) – you can enter this information in USOSweb under:
For Everyone → My Data → Bank Account and Tax Office.
If you are not sure which tax office is responsible for your place of residence, we will post a link to a tax office search tool in the comments.
✅ You can also check there whether your bank account number has been entered in the system.
❌ Address – the application requires a permanent or correspondence address in Poland. This information can only be updated by your Secretariat of Education Programme.
⚠️ Please note! At the moment, you cannot check or update the information listed above because the USOS and USOSweb systems have been temporarily and pre-emptively disabled for security reasons. 🔐 This is related to the discovery of a serious security vulnerability in software used by many institutions. According to information provided by the Jagiellonian University, the systems were taken offline as a precautionary measure to help protect user data. The systems will be restarted once the necessary security patches have been installed and thoroughly tested.
