**Due to the overwhelming response from parents statewide, we will now take the time to sort through the hundreds of emails we have received. This post was meant to raise awareness for some upcoming needs, but the hiring process will not take place until a later date. Thank you for your interest and for sharing. Keep an eye out for more details on how to apply in future communications as we get closer to the new year.**

Did you know that CRS hires parents of children with special needs as Parent Consultants, who have walked the same journey and understand the unique challenges that come with it? They provide valuable information, training, and support to families, sharing their own personal experiences and expert knowledge to empower others and help them navigate the system! By doing so, they create a sense of community and connection among families, ensuring that no one feels alone in their journey.
