Alumni Spotlight: Jerushah Williams-Gracey, iMSM ’22 🌟

Jerushah Williams-Gracey began her Gies journey in the iMSM program and, a few years later, continued into the iMBA. Along the way, she learned alongside a remarkably diverse cohort of professionals whose industries, experiences, and perspectives challenged her to approach familiar business problems in new ways.

For Jerushah, one of the greatest returns on her education has been learning to connect disciplines that are too often treated separately. She has applied lessons from strategy, analytics, leadership, marketing, finance, and technology to her consulting work. She is also bringing that knowledge to the development of products powered by artificial intelligence at Adaptive Intelligence Layers, where she serves as AI Governance Lead.

“My biggest takeaway from Gies is that education should expand what you believe you can build, enabling you to do things you didn't realize you could. I entered the iMSM looking to strengthen my business foundation and continued through the iMBA with a much broader vision of what I could create, lead, and contribute. For me, that has been the most valuable ROI.”
