For Salomé Aiach, the answer has been to create her own path. After exploring chemistry, history and economics at the College of Charleston, she spent the summer interning with LifeSci Partners in New York City, gaining firsthand exposure to the investor relations side of the biopharma industry.

The experience gave her a new perspective on how business and science intersect.

The Executive MBA program, in partnership with Wisdom Works Group, has released research findings about the program’s inaugural cohort, showing measurable improvements in leadership effectiveness among College of Charleston EMBA students.

Drawing on 360-degree assessments, self-reported data and executive coach observations, the research showed consideration increases across several indicators, including engergizing others, engagement at work, and emotional capacity.
