The Queens of the Greenwood Alumnae Chapter were proudly represented at the 32nd South Atlantic Regional Conference in Charlotte, North Carolina, both in person and virtually!

Throughout the conference, our Sorors embraced opportunities to learn, grow, fellowship, and strengthen our commitment to Sisterhood, Scholarship, Service, and Social Action. We were honored to connect with Sorors from across the South Atlantic Region, gain valuable knowledge, and celebrate the enduring legacy of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.

Thank you to every Soror who represented Greenwood Alumnae Chapter with grace, excellence, and unwavering dedication. We returned inspired, empowered, and ready to continue serving our communities.

Members of the Greenwood Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. began their Wednesday morning in the spirit of Public Service by welcoming the High Flyers of Woodfields Elementary School on their first day back to school.
With warm smiles and words of encouragement, we wished each student a wonderful first day and a successful school year filled with learning, growth, and achievement. Investing in our youth and uplifting our community is at the heart of our sisterhood, and we are honored to support our future leaders as they embark on a new academic year.

On June 19th, the Greenwood Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. was honored to attend the Greenwood D9 Prayer Breakfast in celebration of Juneteenth. As we reflected on the significance of freedom, faith, and unity, we were inspired by the power of community and the continued journey toward justice and equality for all.

We are grateful for the opportunity to fellowship with fellow Divine Nine organizations and community members as we commemorated this important day in history. Soror Dr. Jumelle Brooks delivered an awesome word of encouragement to us all, and we thank our Vice President, Soror Thessa Smith, for representing our chapter.
