As a principal, Dr. Venessa King earned a nickname that says it all: “Mama Bear.” 🐻

She leads with both strength and compassion, so every child feels seen, supported and challenged to reach their full potential. Under her leadership, her elementary school moved from a C to an A in Florida’s school accountability system in just one year. 🤩
Her biggest takeaway? Leadership isn’t about position. It’s about impact.
