Dr. Justin D. Bibee '09 recently has been appointed to executive leadership as Director of Supported Housing Operations for the Community Support Program at Community Care Alliance. In this role, he oversees residential psychiatric housing, supported housing, and assisted living services throughout Providence County, providing strategic leadership to programs that support individuals living with serious mental illness and other behavioral health needs. As the youngest director within the department, Dr. Bibee continues his commitment to humanitarian service by leading initiatives that promote housing stability, recovery, and person-centered care for some of Rhode Island's most vulnerable residents.

Are you a visionary leader passionate about higher education, community impact, and strategic growth? The Community College of Rhode Island is looking for our next Vice President to lead external funding, advancement, and college relations!
In this high-impact role, you will also serve as the Executive Director of the CCRI Foundation, driving fundraising, alumni affairs, and corporate partnerships to support our students and mission.

✨Key Responsibilities: Lead all corporate, foundation, and governmental relations.
🏛️Oversee the CCRI Foundation strategic plan and board development.
📈Secure major gifts and manage the Annual Fund Campaign.
🎁Direct grant writing, fiscal management, and compliance.
📝Supervise and mentor advancement and alumni affairs staff.
👥What We’re Looking For: Education: Master’s degree required (Terminal degree preferred).
🎓Experience: Proven track record in revenue growth and fundraising.
💰Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and grant-management abilities.
