We are saddened by the passing of Dolly Parton, a true friend of libraries.

R.I.P. to Dolly Parton, a beloved champion for childhood literacy and the founder of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, which has put books into the hands of millions of children around the world. Her incredible legacy of generosity, music, and storytelling will continue to inspire generations. Celebrate her amazing life by checking out one of her books, movies, or albums.

Beginning August 7, you'll notice a fresh new look when searching the library's books, eBooks, media, journals, and other resources. While the interface is changing, you'll still have access to the same great collections—with improved search and discovery features.
