So, about this year’s Party in the Grove lineup...
The artists were actually selected and booked by our Recording Industry students through their Live Event Talent Booking class. That means students spent the summer scouting artists, pitching their picks, working with booking agents and artist teams, and negotiating the details to bring these acts to campus.

Pretty cool to see the work they’re doing in class show up on a real campus concert stage.

Join us for a special conversation with Kristian Bush and Brandon Bush on Thursday, Sept. 17, from 4–6 p.m. in the BAS State Farm Room (S102).

Two-time GRAMMY Award winner and Sugarland co-founder Kristian Bush and accomplished musician, composer, producer and musical director Brandon Bush will share insights from their careers and experiences across songwriting, recording, production, touring and the music industry.

The conversation will be moderated by MTSU Recording Industry alumna and entertainment writer Cindy Watts.

Presented by the Scott Borchetta College of Media and Entertainment and the Tom T. Hall Writers Series.
