⏰ THE CLOCK IS TICKING, NASHVILLE!

Tomorrow, October 29, is the FINAL DAY of Early Voting in Davidson County!

The Tau Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. encourages everyone who has not yet cast their ballot to make a plan and get it done. Don’t wait until Election Day if you have the opportunity to vote early.

Already voted? Your work isn’t finished. Check on your family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, and church members. Ask them one simple question:

“Have you voted yet?”

Then encourage them to get to the polls. One conversation could be the reminder someone needs to make their voice heard.

🗳️ Early Voting Ends: October 29
📅 Election Day: November 3

Voting is more than a right—it is an opportunity to have a voice in the decisions that affect our families and communities.

🖤💛 TAU LAMBDA CONTINUES TO SHOW UP AND SERVE!

FIRST OF ALL… WE VOTE!

The Brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Tau Lambda Chapter, were also at Lake Providence Missionary Baptist Church this morning, continuing our efforts to educate, engage, and empower voters ahead of the November 3rd midterm election!

Our Brothers were on hand distributing voter education materials, helping individuals understand how to prepare to vote, and sharing important information about provisional ballots.

DID YOU KNOW?

If you arrive at your correct polling location and your name is not on the voter registration list, you may still have the right to cast a provisional ballot if you believe you are properly registered.

Don’t simply walk away without asking about your options! Ask an election official about the provisional voting process and the steps required to have your ballot counted.

Reference: Tenn. Code Ann. § 2-7-112.

Our mission is simple: Make sure our communities are informed, prepared, and empowered to exercise their right to vote!

We thank the leadership and congregation of Lake Providence for welcoming us and providing the opportunity to share this important information.

And a special thank you to the Brothers of Tau Lambda who continue to give their time in service to our community.

Our ancestors fought too hard and sacrificed too much for us to take the right to vote for granted!

MAKE A PLAN! KNOW YOUR RIGHTS! EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO VOTE!

VOTE! VOTE! VOTE!

“A Voteless People Is A Hopeless People.”

FIRST OF ALL… WE VOTE!

TAU LAMBDA IS STILL PUTTING IN THE WORK!

The Brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Tau Lambda Chapter, are at Mount Zion Baptist Church today, making sure members of our community are educated, informed, and have a plan to vote in the upcoming midterm election!

We aren’t just talking about the importance of voting. We’re out in the community doing the work, providing voter education materials, answering questions, and encouraging everyone to exercise their right to vote.

Our ancestors marched, fought, sacrificed, and some even gave their lives so that we could have the right to vote. We owe it to them, ourselves, and future generations to never take that right for granted!

This election matters! Your voice matters! Your VOTE matters!

If you haven’t voted yet, make your plan NOW! Know your polling location, have your identification ready, and take somebody with you to the polls on November 3rd!

A special thank you to the Brothers who continue to show up and serve our community. This is what Alpha is all about — LEADERSHIP, SERVICE, AND ACTION!

🖤💛 BLACK MEN VOTE! FIRST OF ALL… WE VOTE! 🗳️

Today, the Brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Tau Lambda Chapter, showed up and showed out at the polls!

In recognition of Alpha’s National Day of Action, the Brothers came together at Bordeaux Library in Nashville to exercise our right to vote, demonstrate the power of brotherhood, and show our community that civic engagement matters!

Some Brothers cast their ballots today, while others who had already voted came out to stand in solidarity. Because this was about more than casting a ballot. It was about leadership, unity, service, and setting an example for the next generation.

We talk about making a difference in our communities, and today we put those words into ACTION!

A special thank you to every Brother who came out and represented Tau Lambda. Our presence matters, our participation matters, and OUR VOTE MATTERS!

To everyone who hasn’t voted yet, there’s still time. Make your plan, take someone with you, and make your voice heard on November 3!

🗳️ SATURDAY VOTING CHALLENGE — HANDLE YOUR BUSINESS AT THE BALLOT BOX!

It’s Saturday, Nashville! Before you get into the rest of your weekend, the Tau Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. has a challenge for you:

GO VOTE!

Early voting is open today in Davidson County, so take advantage of your Saturday and get it done. No waiting until Election Day. No putting it off until next week. Make today the day your vote is counted.

And here’s the real challenge: don’t go alone. Call a family member, friend, neighbor, co-worker, church member, or fellow Brother and say:

“Come on, let’s go vote!”

Already voted? Then your challenge is to help someone else get to the polls today. A phone call, a reminder, or even offering someone a ride can make a difference.

We can talk about change. We can post about change. We can hope for change. But ultimately, we have to participate in the process.

Before you enjoy your Saturday, handle your business at the ballot box!

“A Voteless People Is A Hopeless People.”

FIRST OF ALL… WE VOTE!

🗳️ TAKE SOMEONE TO THE POLLS!

Voting is powerful. But today, the Tau Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. is challenging you to multiply that power.

If you’re heading out to vote early, DON’T GO ALONE!

Take someone with you:

✔️ A family member
✔️ A neighbor
✔️ A friend
✔️ A co-worker
✔️ A fellow Brother

Already voted? Your work isn’t finished. Reach out to someone who hasn’t voted yet and help them make a plan. Offer them a ride. Share early voting information. Remind them of the importance of having their voice heard.

One person can make a difference. One person can also inspire another person to participate.

Brothers of Tau Lambda, this is what community engagement looks like. We don’t simply encourage people to vote—we help get our community TO THE POLLS!

So here’s today’s challenge: Who are YOU taking to the polls?

“A Voteless People Is A Hopeless People.”

🔎 RESEARCH — Review the candidates and proposed amendments for yourself.
💬 DISCUSS — Talk with family, friends, and trusted sources.
