We are so glad so many of you joined us for our Get to Know NCPA meeting! An Executive Member ✨SPOTLIGHT✨ is in order for our Business Plan Chair and her committee! Jaelee Price, Mackenzie Hannon, Burke Langham, Brooke Dugan, Kylie Pavlovec, and Laney Furey wrote an AMAZING business plan that placed in the Top 10 for the National Business Plan Competition! We are so proud of them, and we could not have asked for a better team! 🏆📝💛✨

We are so proud to have had Kyle Heaton represent our chapter and at the NCPA Foundation-UAMS Pharmacy Ownership and Leadership Academy (POLA) last week. Kyle’s week focused on leadership, emotional intelligence, and relationship building through events such as planning and presenting a business plan, performing exercises at the 4-H center, and networking with owners of pharmacies across America! Thank you for this amazing experience, !

The 2026 NCPA Congressional Pharmacy Fly-In is in the books! We are honored to have had the opportunity to meet with Alabama senators and congressmen to discuss the importance of independent pharmacy and PBM reforms on the federal side! We are so thankful for Mr. Danny Cottrell making this trip possible for the students and continuing to support us! ✈️🩵🥼

It is almost time for Drug Take Back Day this semester! DTBD will occur on Saturday, April 25th from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at Our Home Pharmacy! As always, a huge thank you to for allowing us to host this event with them each semester! Students, please check your emails for more information on how to participate in DTBD! We hope to see you all there to safely discard of some expired/unused medications!!! 💊🗑️💛
