Alabama Affordable Housing Association, previously known as ALCARH (Alabama Council for Affordable and Rural Housing), is a non-profit trade organization established in 1998, that has served individuals in the affordable housing profession for 27 years. AAHA's goal is to ensure that all people have access to safe, well-built, and affordable housing for low to moderate income families.

Today we celebrated the Grand Opening of this 56 unit seniors only development. The Village at Rock Springs not only provides lovely homes for seniors in Moody, but it also represents a $12+ Million investment in St. Clair County.

This development by Action Partnership of North Alabama and The Bennett Group will provide beautiful homes to 56 families and represents and $11+ Million investment in DeKalb County.
