FNB Strengthens Partnership with King Hintsa TVET College Through Sports Donation

๐Ÿ†โšฝ๐Ÿ PARTNERSHIP IN ACTION | STUDENT DEVELOPMENT

King Hintsa TVET College today received a generous donation of sports equipment from First National Bank (FNB), reaffirming the importance of partnerships that contribute to student development, wellbeing and success.

The official handover took place at the King Hintsa TVET College Administration Block in Butterworth, with the Collegeโ€™s Senior Management represented by the Deputy Principal: Finance, Deputy Principal: Corporate Services, Assistant Director: Student Support Services, and Mr Malusi, Labour Relations Officer, who assists in coordinating student sporting activities across the College.

The Student Representative Council (SRC) was also represented by Mr Mntwini, SRC Sport Officer, and Ms Tsawe, Academic and Transformation Officer, ensuring that student leadership was part of the engagement and that the interests of students remained central to the partnership.

๐Ÿค FNB Leadership

Mr Anda Maqutyana โ€“ Public Sector Executive
Mrs Xoliswa Vena โ€“ Public Sector Account Executive Analyst
Mrs Thembi Dyasi โ€“ Online Banking Specialist
Mr Tandekike Bantubevana โ€“ FNB Merchant Services
Mr Patrick Thinta โ€“ Business Manager
Ms Vera Mnikina โ€“ Branch Manager, FNB Butterworth

During the engagement, FNB leadership emphasised the importance of strengthening and maintaining the relationship with King Hintsa TVET College beyond the provision of sports equipment. The partnership should, over time, explore opportunities to address broader issues affecting student life, development and the College community as a whole.

The donation therefore represents more than a contribution to sport. It marks another step towards building a meaningful, sustainable and mutually beneficial partnership that supports student wellbeing, development and opportunities both on and off the sporting field.

King Hintsa TVET College sincerely appreciates FNB for its generous contribution and its commitment to exploring a broader partnership that places student development and institutional growth at the centre.

Together, we are building partnerships that create opportunities and make a lasting difference. ๐Ÿค๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ†
