Project Coordinator Vacancy – Afri Training
Afri Training is seeking a highly organised and driven Project Coordinator with experience in the training and skills development sector, specifically working with SETA and QCTO programmes.
Minimum requirements:
• Proven experience in project coordination within the training or education sector
• Working knowledge of SETA and QCTO processes and compliance requirements
• Experience with learnerships, skills programmes, and occupational qualifications
• Strong administrative, planning, and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Key responsibilities:
• Coordinate SETA and QCTO training projects from implementation to close-out
• Ensure learner compliance documentation is complete and audit ready
• Liaise with clients, facilitators, moderators, and SETA/QCTO representatives
• Track learner progress, workplace requirements, and assessments
• Support internal quality assurance and reporting processes
• Assist with learner registrations and certification processes
