Football Talent Identification and Scouting

The FBA Talent Identification & Scouting course equips you with the tools to evaluate players professionally, from grassroots pitches to professional leagues. Combining classroom theory with live match observation, the programme covers scouting methodology, player profiling, report writing, data-driven evaluation, and the psychology of talent recognition. Participants receive an FBA certificate of completion.

SAFA / CAF D License

What is it?

The SAFA/CAF D License is the entry-level football coaching certificate in South Africa, recognised by both SAFA and the Confederation of African Football (CAF). The course covers coaching theory, practical sessions on the field, player development, and team culture. Participants receive a CAF D manual, handbook, and a nationally recognised certificate.

Entry-level club coaching, prerequisite to earn your CAF C
