Our Girls in Tech recently attended the 3rd Annual WiTechnology Summit, held on Thursday, 27 August 2026 at the Adapt IT Campus in Midrand, under the theme: “Capital, Confidence & Scale – Unlocking Possibility. Building the Future.”

The summit brought together women leaders, entrepreneurs, SMMEs, founders, investors, policymakers, technology executives and ecosystem builders for meaningful conversations around leadership, innovation, digital transformation, access to capital and scaling for growth.

For our Girls in Tech, the event provided an exciting opportunity to learn, connect, network and gain valuable insights from women making an impact across the technology and business ecosystem.

Coding and Robotics clubs, hands-on technology and future-focused skills are set to reach more Limpopo learners following the handover of Coding and Robotics kits to schools across all five districts of the province. Supported by a partnership among educational institutions, government, and industry stakeholders, the initiative aims to equip Grade 8 and 9 learners with practical digital skills while preparing them for opportunities in an increasingly technology-driven world.
