This year’s edition of our Forum has been built on the belief that philanthropy can do more than support the arts: it can help shape the conditions in which artistic creation, cultural institutions and human creativity can flourish. We want to thank all the speakers and panelists who have contributed not only their presence and ideas to this year’s conversations, but also original reflections and texts to the booklet accompanying this edition. Your willingness to share your thinking in advance gives this Forum another dimension: it allows the conversation to begin in the Forum and continue further, together.
