Für viele Studierende ist der Berufseinstieg aktuell anspruchsvoller und weniger planbar geworden. Weniger Einstiegsstellen, höhere Anforderungen und gleichzeitig die Erwartung, schon früh eine klare Richtung zu haben.

Netzwerk, ein klares Profil und Positionierung waren schon immer hilfreich. Heute sind sie entscheidend.

Wenn klassische Bewerbungswege nicht mehr immer ausreichen, gewinnen persönliche Kontakte zusätzlich an Bedeutung.

Unternehmen entscheiden selektiver. Wer nicht zeigen kann, wofür er oder sie steht, wird schneller übersehen.

Viele Rollen setzen voraus, dass Studierende früh Orientierung entwickeln und gezielt relevante Praxiserfahrungen sammeln.

Genau dabei unterstützen wir HSG-Studierende: durch individuelle Beratungen, Karriereworkshops und Formate, die Orientierung schaffen, das eigene Profil schärfen und direkte Zugänge zu Arbeitgebern ermöglichen.

Over the past two weeks, HSG Talents brought students and employers together through a wide range of On- and Off-Campus Events.

From case studies and networking sessions to 1:1 interviews and hands-on formats, the focus went beyond traditional recruiting. Students demonstrated their skills while companies met potential future colleagues in action.

This year in numbers:
🎓 910 students participated
📄 nearly 5,000 applications were submitted
📅 26 events across two weeks

Thank you to everyone who contributed to the inspiring atmosphere throughout the events.

🤝 2,000 students. 74 companies. One day dedicated to meaningful career connections.

The HSG Talents Career Fair 2026 at once again brought together ambitious HSG students and leading employers from Switzerland and beyond.

As the central event of HSG Talents, the ’s official recruiting event, the fair creates opportunities for direct exchange: students gain insights into companies and career paths, while employers connect with the next generation of talent.

Thank you to all participating companies, partners and students who contributed to the vibrant atmosphere throughout the day. A special thank you also to the Olma team for their support.

We are already looking forward to the next edition of HSG Talents on March 3, 2027.

🚀 A strong start to the 7th HSG Innovation Trophy

Yesterday, we kicked off the competition in collaboration with . 75 ambitious students joined us as we unveiled the real-life challenge in the luxury fragrance market – and the exciting career opportunities connected to it.

A big thank you to the L’Oréal Brandstorm team, especially Roberta Lengsfeld, Philippe Morgenthaler and Frederik Schreiber, for powering this year’s Trophy and sharing valuable insights into innovation at scale.
