《志異：我嚮往的形狀》

【策劃介紹】

王樂儀博士現為比利時列日大學後博士及研究員，2017 年於香港浸會大學人文及創作系取得哲學碩士學位，其後於阿姆斯特丹大學文化分析學院取得博士學位。她的博士研究延續碩士階段的研究，探討香港、台灣及中國內地的文藝與政治。
學術工作以外，她亦是香港流行曲填詞人、作家及文化工作者，自 2014 年起發表流行曲歌詞，書寫華語流行歌詞至今。藝術參與涉及香港、荷蘭兩地。文字作品散見於《明報》、《字花》、《號外》及香港文學館，小說正在進行中。

【About our Curator】

Dr Yvette Lok Yee Wong is a postdoctoral fellow and researcher at the University of Liège, Belgium. She received her MPhil from the Department of Humanities and Creative Writing at Hong Kong Baptist University in 2017 and subsequently earned her PhD from the Amsterdam School for Cultural Analysis at the University of Amsterdam. Building on her master’s research, her doctoral work explored literature, the arts, and politics in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and mainland China.

Alongside her academic work, she is a Hong Kong pop lyricist, writer, and cultural practitioner. She has published lyrics since 2014 and continues to write for Chinese-language pop music. Her artistic practice spans Hong Kong and the Netherlands. Her writing has appeared in Ming Pao, Zihua, and City Magazine, as well as on the Hong Kong Literature House platform. Her novel is forthcoming.

《志異：我嚮往的形狀》

【燈光設計師介紹】

畢業於香港演藝學院，主修燈光設計。

憑《哈哈哈哈姆雷特》榮獲香港小劇場獎最佳整體演出（香港首演）及Asian Art Fund Scotland “Asian Art Award Outstanding Show”（英國愛丁堡巡演）；《哈》一劇亦獲提名香港小劇場獎最佳舞台美學設計；憑《山川命》及《真心有L病》兩度獲提名IATC(HK)劇評人獎年度舞台科藝/美術獎。

近期燈光設計作品包括：《獨眼巨人》首演及巡演；窮人誌《啞爸》；香港話劇團《三母女》及《先行一步》；西九文化區及鐵仕製作及Contact Gonzo聯合製作《搭橋》；三角關係《穿過沙漠另一邊的仙人掌》；鉛筆製作《候鳥》。

近期擔任助理燈光設計之製作包括：西九文化區及綠葉劇團《山海經第一部曲–山川命‧終章》；香港話劇團《親愛的．柳如是》及《天下第一樓》（中國巡演）；鄧樹榮戲劇工作室《薄伽梵歌》（2025）；香港藝術節及廣州大劇院《雄獅少年》（香港及內地巡演）。

23年擔任彭焯然作品《Here Lies》製作經理及燈光設計師，作品獲 Theatre-Weekly 評為四星演出。25年擔任《哈哈哈哈姆雷特》愛丁堡巡演之聯合製作人、製作經理及燈光設計師，作品獲 edinburgische dramaturgie 評為五星演出，並獲亞洲藝術獎傑出表演獎。

現為自由身舞台工作者。

Graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, specialized in lighting design.

Co-production and design work《HahahaHamlet》has been awarded with the Outstanding Performance by Hong Kong Theatre Libre (Premier) and the Outstanding Performance by Asian Arts Award (Tour);《HahahaHamlet》has also been nominated with the Best Scenography by Hong Kong Theatre Libre.
《The Fates of Mountain and Rivers》and《Love Sick》have been nominated with the Best Scenography of the year by IATC(HK) Critics Award.

Recent design works including 《Cyclops》Premier and Tour; Poor Guy Diary Theatre《Who Muted》; HKREP《A Family Story》and《One Step Ahead》; WestK X TS Crew X Contact Gonzo《Bridging Bridge》; Trinity Theatre《The Cactus Beyond the Desert》; Pencil Production《Passage Migrants》.

Recent productions involved as assistant lighting designer including, WestK X Theatre De La Feuille《The Fates of Mountain and Rivers · Finale》; Hong Kong Repertory Theatre《Liu Rishi, My Dear》,《The Top Restaurant》China Tour; Tang Shu-Wing Theatre Studio《Bhagavad Gita》(2025) and Hong Kong Arts Festival and Guangzhou Opera House《I AM WHAT I AM》(Hong Kong and China Tour).

In 2025 and 2023, Timothy joined Edinburgh Fringe with 《Hahahahamlet》and 《Perrin Pang - Here Lies》as co-production (《Hahahahamlet》) , production manager and lighting designer. 《Hahahahamlet》has been scored as a 5 stars performance by Edinburgishche dramaturgie and awarded by Asian Arts Award, while 《Perrin Pang - Here Lies》has been scored as a 4 stars performance by Theatre-Weekly.

Currently, Timothy is a freelance theatrical lighting practitioner.

【歌手介紹】

孫曉賢（Kendy Suen）是香港獨立唱作歌手、音樂監製及跨界藝術家。自2020年成立獨立廠牌展開個人音樂路向以來。先後推出概念專輯《無名序》與《無常論》及在日本發行的《Chapters》。2024年起開始探索海外演出與唱片發行，曾受邀赴加拿大 BreakOut West 音樂節演出，也曾多次在東京及倫敦 live house 作不同嘗試的演出如 BiKN Asia、Tower Records 專場及倫敦 The Lower Third 等國際 Livehouse 演出。2026 年帶著海外遊歷的體驗回港推出全新廣東作品以外，更創立了結合東方書法美學與工藝的首飾品牌《天下太平》（TENKA TAIHEI），探索視覺，聽覺與觸覺的跨界互動。

【About our Singer】

Kendy Suen is a Hong Kong independent singer-songwriter, music producer, and multidisciplinary artist. Since launching her solo music journey under her independent label in 2020, she has released conceptual EPs Prologue and The Book of Pi, as well as her album Chapters released in Japan. Starting in 2024, she actively expanded into overseas live showcases and record releases—performing at Canada's BreakOut West festival and delivering dynamic sets across international live houses in Tokyo and London, including Tokyo’s BiKN Asia festival, Tower Records Shibuya, and London’s The Lower Third. In 2026, returning to Hong Kong enriched by her overseas experiences, she released brand-new Cantonese tracks and founded TENKA TAIHEI, a jewelry brand merging Eastern calligraphy aesthetics with craftsmanship to explore cross-disciplinary interactions across sight, sound, and touch.

梁學思為加拿大西門菲莎大學性/別與女性研究系教授, 並任跨太平洋文化研究所聯席所長。她著有《暗湧：後殖民香港的酷兒文化》與《霸王別姬: 酷兒電影經典》兩書。她的學術論文曾發表於多本學術期刊。她目前的研究探討溫哥華與香港等電影製作城市中的城市歸屬感。她同時製作並主持《跨太平洋故事》播客節目, 邀請文化研究學者分享個人的移居故事。

【About our text/spoken word performer】

Helen Hok-Sze LEUNG is a Professor in the Department of Gender, Sexuality & Women's Studies and a co-director of the Institute for Transpacific Cultural Research at Simon Fraser University. She is the author of Undercurrents: Q***r Culture and Postcolonial Hong Kong and Farewell My Concubine: A Q***r Film Classic. Her articles have been published in journals including positions, Journal of Le***an Studies, Inter-Asia Cultural Studies, Studies in World Cinema, Urban Studies, and City, Culture and Society. Her current research explores issues of placemaking and urban belonging in filmmaking cities such as Vancouver and Hong Kong. She produces and hosts the Transpacific Stories podcast featuring cultural studies scholar's personal migration stories.

寧願訴說一個個生死無形的志願，也不追隨堅實而單一的我。

活動由都大人文、語言與翻譯學系周耀輝教授啟動，聯同加拿大西門菲莎大學性/別研究學者梁學思教授、唱作歌手孫曉賢、燈光設計師曾梓俊，從一位學者的辦公室奇遇開始，打造一場現代「聊齋」的沉浸式演出。

繼去年《閾限》之後，耀輝另一場融合音樂、學術、影像的多媒體實驗。

一次關於邊緣、離散、愛與歸屬的旅程。

*「志異」借用《聊齋誌異》，而「我們嚮往的形狀」取自也斯《菊精》（游詩 : 梁秉鈞詩選，2010)。

Out of Place*

I’d rather speak a thousand shapeless desires, than follow a solid self.
I’d rather sing a thousand nameless worlds, than recall a grand narrative.

Who am I? Where am I? Where is home? What is usual, normal, worldly? What shapes do our desires take when we feel out of place? …

Initiated and curated by Prof. Chow Yiu Fai, this edition features sexuality studies scholar Prof. Helen Hok-Sze Leung (Simon Fraser University), singer-songwriter Kendy Suen, and lighting designer Timothy Tsang, transforming a campus ghost story into an uncanny journey through longing and belonging.

Following last year’s From Dusk Till Dawn, this is Yiu Fai’s second multimedia experiment with music, thinking, and visuals.

A unique encounter exploring themes of love, memory, and home.

*We borrowed the title and the “solid self” in the tagline from Edward Said’s memoir Out of Place (2000).
